We've discussed The Band Partnership Agreement. Let's say you have been following the plan that you and your fellow band members have lined out. Steady gigs, growing fan base, increased CD & merchandise sales.
Maybe you're ready to tour or launch a national radio campaign. This will take some serious financial backing and/or some form of sponsorship. This is when and where developing a good Business Plan will come in handy. |
